This commit contains a version of Project Service with the "dev" branch merged with "v5-upgrade" version.

To deploy code in this PR we have to apply the next SQL migration scripts:

@maxceem I validated the database for v5 and it seems the database is already synced with our latest scripts because this database was created and synced from v4 database. It missed only one foreign key constraint which I just added.
